New procedure for making reservations outside office hours
As of March 1, 2018, we are operating with a tightened procedure for making reservations outside of business hours. To protect your data, we have implemented the policy below.
Are you an authorized booker?
If you call us outside of office hours, you will get an employee from our accessibility service on the phone. If you want to make a reservation or make a change we will ask for a pin code. You have received this in a personal email. If you have lost your pin code, we will send it again to the e-mail address on file.
Are you a traveler?
If you call us outside of office hours you will get an employee of our accessibility service on the phone. If you want to make a reservation or pass on a change, this is only possible if your details are known in our reservation system. If this is not the case, you should contact an authorized Travel Arranger within your organization. He/she can then contact the accessibility service to make the reservation.
